Order Processing Time

  • We need 5–7 business days to process your order before it ships.

  • This does not include weekends or holidays.

  • Shipping time is extra and depends on the carrier.

๐Ÿšš Shipping

  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

  • You’ll get a tracking number (when available) once your order ships.

  • We’re not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or wrong addresses.

๐Ÿ” Returns & Refunds

  • You can request a return on most unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Because these are barber products, opened or used items usually cannot be returned, unless they arrived damaged or defective.

  • If we made a mistake or the product is defective, we’ll work with you to replace it or refund it.

  • For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return shipping.

โš ๏ธ Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If your order shows up damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number.

  • We’ll review it and, if approved, we may send a replacement or issue a refund/store credit.

โŒ Cancellations

  • If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible.

  • Once your order is processing or shipped, cancellation might not be possible.
