You can request a return on most unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery.

Because these are barber products, opened or used items usually cannot be returned, unless they arrived damaged or defective.

If we made a mistake or the product is defective, we’ll work with you to replace it or refund it.

For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return shipping.

If your order shows up damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number.

We’ll review it and, if approved, we may send a replacement or issue a refund/store credit.
